Salman Shar, Advocate High Court

A Karachi-based lawyer handling civil, criminal and constitutional litigation alongside family, service and corporate matters — representing clients with diligence, discretion and an unwavering commitment to justice.

Introduction

Meet Salman Shar

Salman Shar is a practising Advocate High Court based in Karachi with several years of standing at the bar. Over the course of his career he has built a litigation practice grounded in three principal fields of law — civil, criminal and constitutional — appearing before the courts of Karachi and across the province of Sindh, and extending to family, service, corporate and intellectual property matters.

He advises and represents individuals, families and businesses across a broad spectrum of disputes: from property and contractual litigation, to bail and criminal defence, to the enforcement of fundamental rights through constitutional petitions. Alongside court work, the chamber assists with family matters, service and employment disputes, company and trademark registration, and the correction of legal documents. His approach combines rigorous legal analysis with a practical understanding of how matters move through the courts.

Clients value his candour, his responsiveness, and his insistence on preparing every brief thoroughly. Whether resolving a matter through negotiation or contesting it to judgment, his objective remains constant — to secure the best lawful outcome for those he represents.
